Return & Refund Policy
At Awadhi Kala, each product is carefully handcrafted with love and skill. Because of the artisanal nature of our garments, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
To request a return, please email us at vamika2425@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
💬 No Returns Accepted For:

Minor variations in embroidery, size (up to 3%), or color (due to lighting/screen settings)

Worn or washed products

Custom orders or altered pieces
These are normal traits of handmade garments and not considered defects.
💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received back, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as applicable.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
